Parson honors 100-year-old Pearl Harbor survivor

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Gov. Mike Parson honored a 100-year-old Warrensburg man on Thursday who survived the Pearl Harbor attacks. Earl Wanbaugh served aboard the USS Pennsylvania and remembers putting out fires on the ship on the day of the attack in 1941.
