Rain chances return this afternoon and will continue into the first part of the weekendRain chances return this afternoon and will continue into the first part of the weekend.

DFW will be just warm enough for all rain. But snow will be likely in the Texas Panhandle and in parts of Oklahoma Friday evening and overnight. By Saturday morning/afternoon there could be a brief transition to a wintry mix of rain and snow in the northwestern counties of our area, from Graham to Jacksboro to Bowie to Gainesville. But if any snow does occur, it is expected to melt as it reaches the ground. The rain will begin to move out by Saturday afternoon.
