Bond had been set at $1 million.

Husel was charged Wednesday with 25 counts of murder. Authorities say he ordered excessive doses of fentanyl for the patients, which hastened or caused their deaths.

Husel was fired from Mount Carmel on Dec. 5. Health system officials say he ordered excessive doses of painkillers for 35 patients over a four-year period, though they do not believe it caused the death of six of those patients.
